The mint and freeze authorities of $SI are revoked, so nobody can ever create new $SI or freeze anyone's tokens. The same is true of the $SIMIND mint authority.

On Solana, a token's mint authority can create new tokens and its freeze authority can lock a wallet's balance. For $SI both are empty, which anyone can confirm by reading the mint account on Solscan.
The $SI metadata is also immutable, so its name, symbol and image cannot change, and the mint has no transfer fee.
