The Holder Hall is a set of private Telegram rooms for $SI holders, run by SI MIND, that open only for SI Passports holding each room's minimum $SI.

A holder links Telegram to their SI Passport with a one-time link, then asks to join a room. SI MIND approves the request only when the linked wallet holds enough $SI, SI Vault locks included, and checks every member again each day.
A wallet below the minimum for three days leaves the room and can ask again any time. Members also read the team's Hall notes on sicto.si/hall/. Only member counts are public.
