SI Era Tracker
On September 29, 2026 the United States named the era: Super Intelligence. This tracker follows the order from the day it was signed, counts every federal document and agency that says Super Intelligence, and counts down to the proposed legal definition.
On September 29, 2026, the White House signed Executive Order 14434, "Inaugurating the Era of Super Intelligence," published in the Federal Register on October 2, 2026 at 91 FR 63129. It tells federal agencies to say Super Intelligence and SI in official correspondence, public communications, websites, reports and policy documents, and gives the Assistant to the President for Science and Technology 60 days to send the President proposed legislative language for a federal definition of Super Intelligence, due by November 28, 2026. As of October 29, 2026, 10 Federal Register documents published since the order say "Super Intelligence," from 9 agencies. The SI Era Tracker reads the Federal Register's public API every 6 hours and is kept by the Super Intelligence ($SI) community at sicto.si.
Read
10 documents say "Super Intelligence" and 33 still say "artificial intelligence" since the order. A document can say both.
The definition countdown
Within 60 days of the order, the Assistant to the President for Science and Technology sends the President proposed legislative language for a federal definition of Super Intelligence, including whether it should modify, expand on or supersede the statutory definition of the old name. Until a new definition exists, Super Intelligence carries the meaning in 15 U.S.C. 9401(3).

The SI era, answered
What is Executive Order 14434?
"Inaugurating the Era of Super Intelligence," signed on September 29, 2026 and published in the Federal Register on October 2, 2026 (91 FR 63129). It makes Super Intelligence and SI the terms federal agencies use in official correspondence, public communications, websites, reports and policy documents, as far as the law allows.
When is the definition of Super Intelligence due?
The order gives the Assistant to the President for Science and Technology 60 days to send the President proposed legislative language for a federal definition, which falls on November 28, 2026. The order does not say whether the proposal will be made public. SI MIND's Live Desk covers it as it happens.
Does the order change existing laws or contracts?
No. Agencies do not have to change past regulations, presidential actions, contracts, grants or other historical documents. Laws that use the old term keep it until Congress changes them, which is what the proposed legislative language is for.
Where do the numbers come from?
The document, agency and weekly counts come from the Federal Register's free public API, read every 6 hours for documents published since September 29, 2026 that use the exact phrase "super intelligence," and the same count for "artificial intelligence." The buildout numbers come from the public sources linked under each one. The data is open at sicto.si/api/era.php.
How is this different from the SI Adoption Tracker?
The SI Adoption Tracker counts who says Super Intelligence across news outlets, companies and governments worldwide. The SI Era Tracker follows the order itself: its deadlines, the federal agencies switching and the buildout behind the name.
What does $SI have to do with the era?
Super Intelligence ($SI) launched on Solana the night the order was signed, and its community keeps this tracker as a free public resource. The tracker is information only and is not financial advice.
