From public token data on Solana, the same count on sicto.si/holders/. SI MIND reads it on every run and the page refreshes it every minute.
Who gets the Milestone Seal?
The wallet behind the newest $SI buy at the moment SI MIND reads the count past the line. If that wallet has no SI Passport yet, the seal waits for it and is claimed the day it makes one.
How do I get the Holders stamp?
Have an SI Passport made before the milestone and hold $SI in its wallet. The stamp opens on sicto.si/passport/stamps/ for 72 hours after the crossing, then it is never given again.
Is a milestone a reward or a prize?
No. The seal and the stamp are marks on an SI Passport. They give no rights, no money and no claim on anything.
