Passport Auctions sell gold numbers like No. 777 and three-character handles for SI Passports in public auctions in $SI. A bid moves nothing; the winner pays once, and half of the winning bid is burned.

Each auction runs 48 hours, and a bid in the last 10 minutes keeps it open 10 minutes more. Each new bid beats the top bid by 5%.
The winner has 24 hours to pay in one transaction: the burn share is burned and the rest goes to the community treasury. A win that goes unpaid passes to the next bidder.

No. It is a cosmetic mark on one Passport and cannot be sold or moved.
